Chemservice and EBRC join forces to create a leading European Regulatory Compliance Specialist for the chemical and adjacent industries
Chemservice has acquired EBRC Consulting GmbH, based in Hanover. EBRC will become a part of Chemservice Group, further strengthening our Group’s capabilities in regulatory compliance, product safety, toxicology, risk assessment, European chemicals regulation and consortia management.
Founded more than 30 years ago, EBRC has established itself as a science-led consulting partner for companies in the chemical industry and related regulated sectors. EBRC supports with its 60 employees clients in the assessment and management of regulatory matters, substance evaluations, dossier preparation, risk assessments, and across toxicology, ecotoxicology and product safety. The company has particular expertise in complex testing and evaluation processes for industrial chemicals and metals, as well as plant protection products and biocides.
By joining forces with EBRC, we are welcoming a company to our Group that is an excellent technical fit for Chemservice and enjoys an outstanding reputation in its market.
