ICRL 2/2023 is out now
Chemservice proudly presents the new issue of the International Chemical Regulatory and Law Review (ICRL 2/2023), published in cooperation with Lexxion.
Please pay special attention to the Editorial of the second issue 2023 which Dr Dieter Drohmann contributed in his function as Managing Editor.
The issue further contains a report ” The Only Representative Scheme and its Transfer in K-REACH” (p. 37 ff), written by our Chemservice colleagues Jae-Seong Choi, Sun-Jong Park (Chemservice Asia) and Lara Dickens (Chemservice UK).
The Only Representative (OR) scheme is a wellknown concept in the global chemical industry, especially familiar to manufacturers/producers who supply products from outside of jurisdiction for respective regulation.
