Food Toxicology – Training course of the German Toxicology Society with Dr. Alexander Cartus
From 18.09.–22.09.2023, University of Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU) hosts the training course “Food Toxicology“ which is part of the continuing education program „Fachtoxikologe/in GT“ of the German Toxicology Society (GT). The course will take place on-site in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Dr. Alexander Cartus (Chemservice S.A., Luxembourg) will contribute to this course giving two talks (20.09.2023) on residues of plant protection products and naturally occurring toxic plant constituents in food.
