Chemservice Team reports on latest regulatory updates at Lexxion event in March

The German publisher Lexxion hosts its hybrid seminar on International Chemicals Law on March 23 and 24, 2023 (Frankfurt am Main / Online).

This year’s seminar will highlight the latest developments in chemical regulations in selected countries in the Americas and Asia.

Learn from renowned industry experts how far GHS implementations are progressing, what new developments there are in UK-REACH and what specifics need to be considered for the registration deadline under KKDIK. Furthermore, registration and notification requirements will be addressed as well as inventories and safety data sheets. The presentations will be rounded off by practical examples as well as various discussion rounds in which you can address your questions specifically to the experts and make your own suggestions.

The first day of the seminar will be moderated by Dr. Dieter Drohmann, CEO Chemservice, and will highlight the regulatory developments in the UK-REACH, the status of the restriction process for PFAS in the EU and will provide information on the specifics to be considered for the registration deadline under KKDIK.

Yolanda Palacio Fatás, Regulatory Affairs Advisor, Chemservice Iberia S.L., will update on recent developments in Chile and Columbia.

On the second day of the event, Jae-Seong Choi, Director of Chemservice Asia, will give a presentation entitled “Singapore – Chemical Management Scheme & Recent Updates”.

The seminar is addressed to chemical sector staff, regulatory consulting companies and other interested persons.
