Dr Dieter Drohmann, Managing Director of Chemservice, has published an article in the 3/2018 edition of the German journal “Stoffrecht” focusing on the requirements following the last REACH registration deadline as of 31st May 2018.

In addition, he stresses the significance of ongoing cooperation in SIEFs and consortia, for example as LoA re-calculations are currently a major task. Besides taking a look at the consequences of the BREXIT, Dieter Drohmann emphazises that global datasharing and its associated challenges will be a big deal for future REACH management.

He concludes that REACH compliance is a dynamic process which requires regular actualization and collaboration. He advises all EU-importers to permanently check if they are within REACH compliance in their supply chain.
