Successfully Completed Examination of Limited Expertise According to § 11 Para. 2 of the ChemVerbotsV
We are pleased to announce that two of our colleagues – Christopher Cohrs from Chemservice GmbH and Simon Hirt from Chemservice S.A. – have successfully completed the examination for the limited expertise according to § 11 paragraph 2 of the ChemVerbotsV. This examination ensures that they possess the necessary knowledge to handle hazardous substances and mixtures listed in the ChemVerbotsV.
The examination included comprehensive knowledge of the essential properties of all the hazardous substances and mixtures listed in the ChemVerbotsV. Another key component of the examination was understanding the hazards and risks associated with the use of these substances. Additionally, the colleagues were trained in the relevant legal regulations governing the safe handling of these substances.

According to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV), the marketing of certain hazardous substances, mixtures, and products requires qualified individuals. In the business-to-business sector, the expertise certification can also be provided by an external qualified professional.
