Chemservice participates in a video on various perspectives on fluoropolymers in EU PFAS restriction proposal
Dr. Jaime Sales, Managing Director at Chemservice Iberia, is speaking in a video published on YouTube which was organised by Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited.
The purpose of the video is to alert on the negative impact that the upcoming PFAS restriction under the REACH Regulation could have, particularly for fluoropolymers; these are polymers of low concern that do not pose an unacceptable risk for society, yet they provide high value to many industrial sectors of use that are critical for the European society. Therefore, fluoropolymers should be exempted from the PFAS restriction proposal.
