We are your partner for developing RMOAs

One of the main challenges related to REACH is the identification of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), and the stringent regulatory processes that may follow. In principle, all SVHCs would be expected to be included at some point in the Authorisation List of REACH (Annex XIV), but it has become evident that in certain cases there may be more adequate regulatory options for a substance of concern. This is usually evaluated via a Regulatory Management Option Analysis (RMOA).

We at Chemservice are ready to support you to grant compliance in the complex regulatory procedures established in REACH and develop RMOAs for you to identify the most efficient and proportionate regulatory option for your substance.

Recently, the Fluoropolymers Product Group (FPG) of PlasticsEurope, representing Europe’s leading fluoropolymer producers and experts, commissioned us to develop an industry-Regulatory Management Option Analysis (i-RMOA) to evaluate all possible regulatory options that may address any potential concerns related to the manufacture and use of fluoropolymers in the EU, and to identify the most efficient and proportionate option to handle such concerns.

The full i-RMOA developed by Chemservice has been made publicly available by FPG and can be viewed here:
