New REACH dossier update deadlines specified
The European Commission has issued a new implementing regulation on dossier updates under REACH, which comes into force on 11 December 2020. Regulation No. 2020/1435 of 9 October 2020 defines “without undue delay” more precisely and sets clear deadlines (between 3 and 12 months) within which an update to an existing REACH dossier must be submitted to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
