Symposium on chemical regulation in non EU held in November 2018

Dr Dieter Drohmann talks about Only Representatives and Brexit

On November 12 and 13, 2018 the networking platform “Chem-Academy” hosts a symposium on chemical regulation in non EU, focusing on rights, duties, stumbling blocks and cost traps. The seminar takes place in Berlin and welcomes many experts from authorities, associations, companies and consultancies. The experts will discuss topics like TSCA, K-REACH and other Asian chemical law, KKDIK as well as consequences of the Brexit.

Dr Dieter Drohmann, in his role as president of the Only Representative Organisation (ORO), will give a lecture on “Only Representatives as key actors before and after the Brexit” on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. He will focus on the consequences of different Brexit scenarios as well as on the role of ORO in this process. In addition, he will give recommendations for REACH managers.
